Finnish Paper Engineers' Association Agrees To Be A Sponsoring Partner
(07 mag 2007) - The Finnish Paper Engineers' Association (PI), in conjunction with E.J. Krause & Associates, Inc. (EJK) and their Chinese partners, have agreed to sponsor the China Paper Shanghai 2008 exhibition and to organize a pulp and paper industry conference in conjunction with the exhibition.
China Paper Shanghai 2008 is the 16th international exhibition and conference for all of China's paper-related industries. The show is organized by EJK and managed with the China Paper Industry Development Company. It is also supported by the State Administration of Forestry Industry, the China National Light Industry Council, the China Technical Association of Paper Industry, the Printing and Printing Equipment Industry Association of China, the China Packaging Technology Association, the China National Light Industry Products Import/Export Corporation, the Beijing Paper and Packaging Industry Corporation and the Beijing Technical Association of Paper Industry.

We sincerely hope it is the beginning of a long collaboration between our two groups," said John P. Gallagher, Senior Vice President, EJK. Gallagher said the two groups are in serious talks regarding EJK's PAP-FOR RUSSIA 2008 exhibition and he indicated they may soon come to a similar agreement for that event as well. Ms. Pirkko Molkentin-Matilainen, President of PI, confirms Gallagher's news and says that it is a great pleasure and a challenging opportunity for PI to be a sponsoring partner in CHINA PAPER 2008.
Finland is a technology leader in papermaking and the Finnish suppliers (in conjunction) with paper companies are eager to be involved in developing the ever growing paper industry in China. China Paper/China Forest 2007, the15th international exhibition and conference for all of China's paper-related industries, will take place September 18-20, 2007 at the China International Exhibition Center (CIEC), Beijing, China. The show organizers are expecting approximately 8,000 attendees that will include general managers and owners of paper companies; paper wholesalers and distributors; paper merchants and importers; newspaper publishers; large-scale printers; designers; specifiers; bulk paper users; managers, chief engineers and technical personnel of paper and pulp mills.
